Filter by need and setting. These are everyday tools some families and autistic adults find useful. They are not therapy, and what helps varies a lot from person to person; an occupational therapist can help you choose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this tool tell me if I am autistic?
No. It explains what published score ranges mean in plain language. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose autism, using a full assessment that includes developmental history and observation.
What does an ADOS-2 comparison score mean?
The comparison score runs from 1 to 10 and describes how many autism-related behaviors were seen during the session, compared with autistic children of the same age and language level: 1–2 minimal-to-no evidence, 3–4 low, 5–7 moderate, 8–10 high. It is not a diagnosis on its own.
Is there a cut-off score for the CAT-Q?
No. The CAT-Q has no official diagnostic cut-off. Higher totals (25–175) mean more reported camouflaging. The tool shows how a score compares with averages reported in research.
What is a high SRS-2 T-score?
On the SRS-2, total T-scores of 59 or below are within normal limits, 60–65 mild, 66–75 moderate and 76 or above severe. Scores can also be raised by ADHD, anxiety, language difficulties and behavior problems.
